PGIM’s Private Credit business provides long-term, patient capital to middle-market companies engaged in buyout transactions, refinancings, recapitalizations, growth investments and more. We serve as a resource to clients over the course of the partnership. This capital is provided through either private placements, senior secured loans, and mezzanine financings. Your Day to Day:
Start your career with one of the world’s leading investment managers as part of our three-year Analyst Program. The Analyst Program provides structured training and a robust and challenging work experience. You will focus on making investments in middle-market companies in a team-oriented environment that values inclusion and work-life balance.
A two-week in-person training for our new analyst class, followed by an Analyst Conference where you will meet our global analyst community
Challenging and interesting work – we are one of the largest investors in the private capital markets
On-the-job experience alongside formal and structured training (training will teach foundational principles as well more broad topics on how to better understand companies and industries, etc.)
Being a part of a large, vibrant, and diverse global cohort of Analysts
Direct, daily partnership with senior level investment professionals on small teams
A collaborative and collegial team environment where contributions have a major impact
Exposure to a range of industries which may include manufacturing, service, distribution, renewable power, and infrastructure
Direct exposure to senior executives at portfolio and prospect companies

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Conducting industry and company research
Financial modeling and analysis
Writing investment memorandums and recommendations
Portfolio relationship management
Preparing marketing materials
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
Minimum 3.0 GPA required
All majors welcome but prefer candidates with demonstrated experience/interest in financial markets
Excellent analytical and writing skills

Note: The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
