The Role

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Planning & Control professional to join our team. This isn't just about managing daily operational routines; it’s about shaping the future of how we work. We need someone who looks at a manual, repetitive process and asks, "How can I improve and automate this?"

You will be the bridge between our operational needs and our digital roadmap, ensuring our planning, financial reporting, and KPI tracking are not only accurate but optimized through smart data solutions.

Your Mission

You will ensure the smooth execution of our Planning & Portfolio activities while taking ownership of the continuous improvement of our processes. Whether it’s streamlining Hangar operations, coordinating operational committees, or managing financial closures, you will leverage technology to elevate our data quality and availability.

Key Challenges & Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence:
  • Manage end-to-end planning routines (Load Capacity Balancing, Master Production Schedules, Delivery Plans, fleet availability...).
  • Coordinate key operational committees and Hangar activities.
  • Ensure robust follow-up on KPIs (SQCDP, OTC, OTD) to support high-level decision-making.
• Financial & Productivity Control:
  • Monitor  and support financial exercises (FC/OP, CAPEX, Monthly closures).
  • Monitor operational performance (efficiency and productivity) to ensure costs adherence
• Digital Transformation (Your Value Add):
  • Automation: Identify bottlenecks in current processes and create solutions to eliminate manual data entry.
  • Data Architecture: Use your technical skills (Google Apps Script, HTML/Web development, or similar) to improve the quality, accessibility, and visualization of our operational data.
  • Innovation: Develop dashboards or automated scripts that provide real-time insights, moving the team away from static reporting and toward dynamic, data-driven management.

What You Bring to the Team

• Functional Expertise: Strong experience in Planning, Production Control, or Operational Management.
• Tech-Driven Mindset: You are comfortable working with code. Whether you use Google Apps Script, HTML, or advanced Excel automation, you know how to leverage tools to make work faster, cleaner, and smarter.
• Continuous Improvement DNA: You are never satisfied with "the way we’ve always done it." You constantly look for ways to optimize routines and improve efficiency.
• Analytical Rigor: You can synthesize complex data into actionable insights for the management team.
