This role is responsible for inventory management, processing and yield analysis, KPI reporting, month-end accounting support, and other administrative activities that contribute to efficient plant operations. The position also serves as a key liaison between plant operations and corporate support functions. What You’ll Be Doing: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Plan, coordinate, and report physical inventory counts in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Perform periodic inventory audits and support production planning, customer service, and supply chain activities.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Monitor and support key internal controls related to receiving, shipping, inventory movements, and scale system integrity.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Analyze production yields, shrink results, and inventory variances, and investigate significant deviations from standards.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Monitor rework and scrap inventory and ensure accurate SAP records.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Collect, analyze, and report daily, weekly, and monthly operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Support monthly forecasting activities by providing inputs related to plant expenses, utilities, maintenance, and inventory variances.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Coordinate local IT administration activities in partnership with the Corporate IT team.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Act as a liaison with payroll services to support timekeeping and related processes.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and employee training initiatives focused on data accuracy and reporting.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Assist with special projects and perform other duties as required.</li> </ul> Skills/Experience Requirements: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Experience with SAP or other enterprise business systems; ability to become a power user.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Versatility, flexibility, and sound decision-making skills.</li> </ul> Commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system; and comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
