The team ensures that product information remains accurate, controlled, and accessible across the product lifecycle—from concept through end-of-life.</p> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">About the Role:</h2> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">CoreWeave is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative PLM Analyst to join the Hardware Quality &amp; Operations organization. In this role, you will become the operational backbone of our product lifecycle management function by owning the integrity of our product data, driving disciplined change management processes, and enabling cross-functional teams to work from a single source of truth. You will partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management to ensure our PLM environment accurately reflects the current state of our products. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in server architecture and PLM platforms, thrives at the intersection of process, data, and people, and takes pride in keeping complex systems running smoothly.</p> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">In this role, you will:</p> <h3 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">BOM Creation &amp; Management</h3> <ul> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Create, maintain, and release bills of materials (BOMs) with a high degree of accuracy.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Ensure BOM structures accurately reflect design intent, including part relationships, approved vendor lists, substitutes, and revision levels.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Conduct regular BOM audits to identify and correct errors, orphaned components, or outdated configurations.</li> </ul> <h3 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Change Management</h3> <ul> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Own the end-to-end Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process, including initiation, routing, review coordination, approval tracking, and release.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Facilitate change review board (CRB) meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on scope, impact, and timing before changes are approved.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Assess the downstream impact of proposed changes on BOMs, documentation, inventory, and production schedules; communicate risks clearly to affected teams.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Maintain change history and audit trails in the PLM system to support regulatory compliance and internal quality standards.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Continuously improve change management workflows, identifying bottlenecks and driving process efficiencies.</li> </ul> <h3 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Product Data Management</h3> <ul> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Serve as the system administrator and data steward for the PLM platform, maintaining clean, consistent, and complete product records.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Manage part number creation, classification, attribute governance, and document control in accordance with established data standards.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Define and enforce naming conventions, part classification schemas, and metadata standards across the product catalog.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Support document lifecycle management, including controlled release, revision control, and archiving of engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation.</li> </ul> <h3 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Cross-Functional Support</h3> <ul> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Act as the primary PLM point of contact for Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management teams.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Train and support end users on PLM tools, processes, and best practices; develop and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Collaborate with ERP teams to ensure accurate and timely synchronization of product data between PLM and ERP systems.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs by ensuring PLM readiness at each program gate.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Partner with IT to manage system upgrades, testing, and configuration changes.</li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">5+ years of hands-on experience in a PLM analyst, product data management, or configuration management role.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Strong understanding of server and data center architecture.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Demonstrated experience managing Engineering Change Orders and change control processes in a regulated or structured engineering environment.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Strong understanding of part lifecycle management, document control, and revision management principles.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and drive decisions.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Preferred:</h2> <ul> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">8+ years of hands-on experience in a PLM analyst, product data management, or configuration management role.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite and PLM-to-ERP integration workflows.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and phase-gate processes.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Knowledge of quality management principles.</li> <li class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Experience developing or improving change management SOPs and training programs.</li> </ul> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea"><strong>Wondering if you’re a good fit? The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
