What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of residential plumbing technicians
• Ride along and coach technicians in the field
• Hold team accountable to performance and service standards
• Track KPIs (revenue, average ticket, efficiency, callbacks)
• Support training, onboarding, and technical development
• Ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years working in residential plumbing service and repair (this role is not suited for commercial-only experience)
• Respected in the field and able to lead technicians
• Strong communication and organization
• Comfortable using computers and basic office tools
• Ready to grow into a leadership role and hold a team accountable
