About Accenture
Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security. We combine unmatched experience and specialised skills across more than 40 industries, helping clients transform and grow through technology, innovation and human ingenuity.
About the Team
Accenture Song brings together strategy, creativity, data, technology and operations to help organisations create exceptional experiences and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Our teams partner with clients on complex transformation and managed services engagements, bringing together diverse capabilities across integrated delivery teams. Working within multi-disciplinary and multishore environments, we help organisations connect strategy and execution through strong governance, operational excellence and effective delivery practices.
About the Role
We're seeking a PMO Support Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise delivery environment operating across multiple teams, locations and stakeholders.
In this role, you'll help maintain governance, reporting, coordination and operational discipline across a complex transformation and delivery program. Working closely with client stakeholders, Accenture leadership and delivery teams, you'll ensure priorities, risks, decisions, actions and dependencies remain visible, understood and actively managed.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing project information while engaging stakeholders across a dynamic delivery environment. Your work will provide leaders with the structure, visibility and insights required to make informed decisions and keep delivery activities aligned and on track.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain integrated plans, milestone trackers and delivery schedules, ensuring progress, ownership and dependencies are accurately reflected.
Coordinate governance activities including meeting preparation, agenda development, status reporting, action tracking and decision management.
Maintain project registers covering risks, issues, actions, assumptions, decisions and dependencies.
Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather inputs, communicate status updates and follow up on agreed actions.
Build strong working relationships across client and Accenture teams, adapting communication styles to different audiences and levels of seniority.
Prepare clear and concise materials for governance forums, leadership reviews and operational meetings.
Coordinate inputs across multiple workstreams and locations, maintaining accountability and visibility of progress.
Support multishore delivery through effective governance rhythms, communication protocols and escalation processes.
Track work across distributed teams, identifying unclear ownership, missing inputs or potential delays.
Consolidate updates from multiple teams into meaningful and decision-ready status reporting.
Monitor delivery against milestones, commitments and priorities while proactively identifying risks and issues.
Support coordination across workforce, process, technology, operational readiness and transition activities.
Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure actions are followed through to completion.
Maintain project documentation and version control across agreed collaboration platforms.
Assist with resource, capacity, financial and commercial tracking activities.
Analyse project information to identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, governance frameworks and reporting practices.
What Success Looks Like
You will be successful when leaders and stakeholders have a clear, reliable and consistent view of delivery status, risks, decisions and priorities.
Teams will understand their responsibilities and deadlines, governance activities will run effectively, and project information will be accurate, accessible and actionable. Risks and issues will be identified early, dependencies will be actively managed, and stakeholders will have the information they need to make informed decisions.
Your contribution will help maintain alignment across multiple workstreams, improve delivery transparency and support successful outcomes for both the client and Accenture.
Here's What You'll Need
Typically 4-8 years of experience in PMO support, project coordination, project controls, business operations or a comparable delivery-focused role.
Experience working directly with client stakeholders in consulting, managed services, transformation or complex delivery environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
Experience supporting teams operating across multiple locations, countries or time zones.
Understanding of multishore delivery environments and the importance of governance, communication and coordination.
Experience maintaining project plans, action logs, risk registers, issue registers, decision logs and status reporting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate project information.
Ability to synthesise information from multiple teams into clear, concise and actionable reporting.
Confidence challenging incomplete or inconsistent information professionally and constructively.
