References to KKR’s investments may include the activities of its sponsored funds and insurance subsidiaries.</p></div><p><strong>Policy Claims Representative II</strong></p> <h3><u>Position Overview</u></h3> <ul> <li>The Policy Claims Representative II provides administrative and operational support to insurance customers as part of the In-Force Preneed Claims Team. This role is responsible for processing customer requests, maintaining policy records, and ensuring accurate and timely claim handling, with limited phone interaction.</li> <li>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently while contributing to overall team success. This position also supports departmental initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiency efforts.</li> </ul> <h3><u>Key Responsibilities</u></h3> <ul> <li>Process customer requests by updating insurance policies and customer profiles accurately and efficiently</li> <li>Review and pay Texas death claims in compliance with Texas Department of Banking regulations</li> <li>Complete Texas claim reconciliations and related administrative tasks</li> <li>Facilitate timely resolution of pending claims and service requests</li> <li>Support departmental goals, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts</li> <li>Share responsibility for achieving team productivity, quality, and service goals</li> <li>Generate and maintain productivity and process measurement data</li> <li>Identify, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li> <li>Assist with team projects, cross-functional initiatives, and additional operational processes as needed</li> <li>Maintain a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions</li> </ul> <h3><u>Qualifications &amp; Skills</u></h3> <ul> <li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent data entry, system navigation, and administrative skills</li> <li>Professional written and verbal communication abilities</li> <li>Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service</li> <li>Ability to work independently while meeting productivity and quality expectations</li> <li>Positive team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills</li> <li>Adaptable and flexible in a changing work environment</li> <li>Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies</li> <li>Reliable attendance and dependability are essential for success in this role</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather data, identify issues, and draw valid conclusions</li> <li>Preneed insurance experience preferred, but not required</li> </ul> <p></p> <div class="description"> <div class="body"> <p>This is the expected annual base salary range for this Batesville-based position.
