<p style="margin-bottom:0.0;margin-left:0.0;margin-right:0.0;margin-top:0.0">The Portfolio Data Analyst prepares reports and data extracts from various sources to provide to internal customers and approved vendors to support business functions and processes while maintaining data security.</p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0.0;margin-left:0.0;margin-right:0.0;margin-top:0.0"><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p>
<p>• Develop new reports and update existing reports to support business lines by utilizing Business Intelligence tools. Validate reports to assure accuracy. <br>
• Summarize key findings from reports and analysis for presentation to internal customers.<br>
• Support Data Governance by identifying and researching potential data quality issues. <br>
• Responsible to interact with all levels of staff across the organization and regulators in a prompt and professional manner.<br>
• Work closely with Director of MIS & Credit Analytics on other projects and responsibilities as business needs arise.</p>
<h3><b>Essential Functions:</b><br>
• Sitting for extended periods of time.<br>
• Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components.<br>
• Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.<br>
• Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data</h3>

</div><div><p>• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field, such as data analytics, mathematics, statistics, MIS or related field, or a minimum of (3) three years of data analysis work in a professional setting environment required<br>• Ability to present deliverables in a concise, complete and professional format-demonstrating research, analysis and conclusion.<br>• Proficiency in MS Microsoft Office products is required</p>
<p>• Power BI experience preferred, but not required</p>
<p>• Experience working with relational databases and performing complex queries.<br>• Advanced analytical ability to perform simple/complex mathematical calculations.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br>• Ability to demonstrate prior working experience creating reports from large amounts of data is highly desired, preferably in Business Objects.<br>• Excellent interpersonal, professional, and problem-solving skills.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task, results-oriented and lead projects as needed.<br>• Interact with all levels of staff across the organization and bank examiners in a prompt and professional manner.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Company Profile</H2>
