Responsibilities:
- Optimize role description and responsibility and trigger relevant actions in the organization,
- Define scope of analysis and design and create regular reports and dashboards using Microsoft 365 tools,
- Drive Portfolio Management intelligence - market, customers, competitors, suppliers, regulations, industry bodies, academia,
- Analyze usage of the Sales (SalesForce) and Portfolio Management tools (TecTool),
- Employ AI - to collect and process the data,
- Contribute to further development PPM TecTool across the product and technology development organization,
- Collect and share relevant real-time data from inside and outside of a product portfolio to enable well-informed, high-impact decisions, to effectively prioritize products and inform funding decisions,
- Comparing financial data, such as product investments, R&D costs, and market size, with product performance and business strategy alignment, analyzing data in real time,
- Perform financial analysis including revenue trends, cost structures, and profit margins
- Monitor and analyze key financial KPIs such as Revenue, Gross Margin %, EBIT, EBITDA, and Cost-to-Serve at product and portfolio levels.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to track portfolio performance, variance analysis, and forecast vs actual comparisons.
- Conduct profitability analysis across products, regions, and customer segments to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform scenario analysis and financial modeling (e.g., pricing impact, margin optimization, cost reduction initiatives).
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities within the portfolio and recommend actionable insights
- Analyzing the data to help product and portfolio management to make better, data-backed decisions on how to prioritize the right products to achieve strategic business targets,
