Compensation: The base salary for this role ranges between $73,520 - $101,090, with eligibility for an incentive target of 5% which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience and individual skills. Position Summary: The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing contract and non‑contract pricing program strategies and supporting the execution and analysis of WFS overall pricing approach. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, this role will conduct detailed pricing and financial analyses and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth. The role supports the implementation of pricing and discounting strategies by providing analysis, modeling, and insights that inform execution across the business. The successful candidate brings a deep understanding of competitive dynamics and business economics and knows how to bring pricing strategies to life across multiple channels. This position partners with business leaders to support and advance pricing strategies and plans through rigorous analysis, modeling, and insights that inform decision-making.
