As a Pricing Analyst for Dayton, you will ensure the alignment of the Dayton Minimum Retail Price (MRP) Policy between Dayton direct and indirect customers, maintaining MRP pricing between Dayton Sales and Product teams. The Pricing Analyst is responsible for investigating and resolving complex pricing discrepancies, developing and analyzing weekly and monthly exception reports, and communicating findings to customers as well as senior leadership at Dayton. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Finance, as well as expertise in the systems that support pricing operations. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity.
