$16.40 - $20.50 PER HOUR  GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to assist the Data Systems/eShop Director, Data Systems Team, and Sales Directors with miscellaneous pricing tasks/projects which will consist of helping with Center Store and Fresh Foods. This person manages the schedule for surveys, survey requests, and processes changes. This person is responsible for creating new items in the system as well as assisting with Fresh Food data management, such as pricing, recipes, and scale system information. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures Creates multiple reports for store and Support Office use which includes validation Creates and collects scan downs and ad fees from various vendors Creates invoices from Buy N Saves and scan downs and sends to accounts receivable Maintains a running register of billing tied to the Pricing department and balances that on a weekly basis Creates survey reports for the Sales Directors/Buyers and processes changes Cleans up vendor files based on sales to remove old items Works on projects assigned by the Pricing Director and communicates openly and frequently with them Completes assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner Assists as needed to ensure the success of the Pricing department as a whole MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
