The role operates within a complex B2B industrial manufacturing environment, including engineered-to-order and configured products, where pricing decisions may depend on customer-specific requirements, product configurations, material and product master data, BOM structures, cost information and data held across multiple commercial systems.

The role will also support the continued development of pricing processes, systems, governance and analytics capability across EMEAI.

In the role you will be responsible for:

  • Analyse pricing, revenue, margin, customer and product data to identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve commercial performance.
  • Own the monthly Price Realisation (PR) process across EMEAI, including data preparation, analysis, validation, reporting and communication of key performance drivers and trends.
  • Support regional price increase programmes, including opportunity analysis, implementation tracking and performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical tools that provide clear and actionable commercial insight.
  • Conduct customer, product, profitability and pricing analysis to support commercial decisions, customer negotiations and business reviews.
  • Identify pricing leakage, discounting trends, margin erosion and other revenue improvement opportunities, providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support pricing and profitability analysis across a complex B2B manufacturing and engineered-to-order environment, including configured and customer-specific products.
  • Maintain and improve pricing and commercial data quality across Pricefx, ERP and reporting platforms, including product, customer, material, BOM and master data.
  • Support pricing governance, system testing and process improvements, including monitoring pricing approvals, exceptions and policy adherence.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations and Data teams to resolve pricing and data issues and support wider revenue growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience creating reports or dashboards using Power BI or a similar tool.
  • Ability to interpret commercial data and turn analysis into clear conclusions.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work with large datasets.
