Position Specific Description We are seeking a highly technical and entrepreneurial Principal AI Strategist – Trading and Data Platforms to design, build, and scale data and analytics solutions that power front-office trading, risk management, and operational workflows. This role sits at the intersection of trading, data engineering, and quantitative analytics, enabling accurate, high-quality data flows and real-time insights across the organization. ingestion and transformation</li> <li>Develop robust data models and pipelines ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across trading systems</li> <li>Perform data mapping, cleansing, normalization, and transformation using SQL-based solutions</li> <li>Implement monitoring and controls to ensure high data quality and reliability</li> </ul> System Integration <ul type="disc"> experience in data engineering, trading systems, or energy trading environments</li> <li>Strong experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data platforms</li> <li>Proficiency with Python and SQL</li> <li>Experience integrating trading, risk, and financial systems</li> <li>Familiarity with market data platforms and trade lifecycle data</li> </ul> Preferred Experience <ul type="disc">
