The RoleÂ
We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Excellence Manager â Systems & Data to join Crownâs Procurement team in a senior, enterpriseâwide role. This position is responsible for leading the transformation and optimisation of procurement systems, data and reporting capabilities, ensuring procurement operates as a modern, scalable and wellâgoverned function. This role plays a critical part in embedding new ways of working, driving adoption and supporting strategic decisionâmaking across the organisation.Â
Key responsibilities include:Â
- Leading implementation and optimisation of procurement systems including P2P, CLM and TPRMÂ
- Owning procurement systems strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs, operating models and enterprise goalsÂ
- Driving system adoption, change management and continuous improvement across procurement processesÂ
- Leading procurement data, analytics and reporting capabilities to support governance and decisionâmakingÂ
- Partnering with Technology, Finance, Legal and Risk teams to ensure strong integration, controls and complianceÂ
About YouÂ
This role suits an experienced procurement transformation or systems leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving dataâled change. You bring a strategic mindset combined with handsâon delivery capability, and are confident navigating complex, multiâstakeholder environments.Â
You will bring:Â
- Proven experience leading procurement system implementations and digital transformation initiativesÂ
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, risk, governance and lifecycle management in complex environmentsÂ
- Demonstrated leadership of data, reporting or analytics teams delivering insightâdriven outcomesÂ
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and change management capabilityÂ
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Procurement or a related discipline (desirable)Â
