The Role 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Excellence Manager – Systems & Data to join Crown’s Procurement team in a senior, enterprise‑wide role. This position is responsible for leading the transformation and optimisation of procurement systems, data and reporting capabilities, ensuring procurement operates as a modern, scalable and well‑governed function. This role plays a critical part in embedding new ways of working, driving adoption and supporting strategic decision‑making across the organisation. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Leading implementation and optimisation of procurement systems including P2P, CLM and TPRM 
  • Owning procurement systems strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs, operating models and enterprise goals 
  • Driving system adoption, change management and continuous improvement across procurement processes 
  • Leading procurement data, analytics and reporting capabilities to support governance and decision‑making 
  • Partnering with Technology, Finance, Legal and Risk teams to ensure strong integration, controls and compliance 

About You 

This role suits an experienced procurement transformation or systems leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving data‑led change. You bring a strategic mindset combined with hands‑on delivery capability, and are confident navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. 

You will bring: 

  • Proven experience leading procurement system implementations and digital transformation initiatives 
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, risk, governance and lifecycle management in complex environments 
  • Demonstrated leadership of data, reporting or analytics teams delivering insight‑driven outcomes 
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and change management capability 
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Procurement or a related discipline (desirable)
