To support this mission, Syngenta’s Procurement Operations Analyst team is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Accountabilities 

  • Support Purchase Requisition; Purchase Order and Supplier queries via our ticketing platform ServiceNow.
  • Give guidance and support to the regional user community, to ensure correct navigation and usage of Syngenta buying channel platform Ariba.
  • Give guidance and support to our stakeholders on Syngenta Suppliers Master Data maintenance.  Manage different country specific needs, document requirements and interaction with different stakeholders, Syngenta’s Requestors and suppliers in different regions. 
  • Engage and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage country specific needs.
  • Take part in Syngenta projects User Acceptance Testing. Projects can be related to system migration; new system implementation; system enhancement.
  • Prioritize issues and drive resolution in a timely manner, according to our policies; manuals and ways of working.

Qualifications

Required  

  • Experience in Customer Service / Payable Accounts / Procurement / P2P / S2P / I2P operations at multinational companies.
  • English and Spanish mandatory. Portuguese highly preferred. 
  • Self-motivated and energetic, with a genuine growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer- and service-oriented thinking.
  • Analytical and proactive problem-solving mindset to explore solutions and opportunities for operations efficiencies.
  • Demonstrate ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex stakeholder relationships with confidence and tact.
  • Curiosity on AI technologies, regularly engaging with platforms to optimize self-organization and work processes.
