Procurement Systems Analyst
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Systems Analyst to join our global procurement team on a 9-month maternity cover contract.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our procurement ecosystem—driving system efficiency, enabling data-driven decisions, and supporting global stakeholders. Role & Responsibilities
Manage user access, training, and issue resolution across procurement systems such as Orbis, EcoVadis, Savings Tracker, Power BI, HighQ, SharePoint, Teams, and others
Create easy-to-understand training materials and videos to support system users
Work closely with the global procurement team to improve how systems are used and add value
Track market trends and commodity data to support the Material Market Tracker (MMT) and provide insights to category teams
Manage Purchase Price Variance (PPV) activities in SAP, including approvals and base price updates
Maintain and update Power BI dashboards for procurement and supplier KPIs
Act as the point of contact for savings tracking, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and up to date
Support SAP enhancements by gathering requirements, coordinating changes, and handling user testing
Maintain spend classification data to support better analysis and category strategy
Support digital procurement initiatives, including work on eProcurement tools (such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua) or improving existing systems
Prepare monthly reports and presentations for leadership
Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis using tools like Angles for SAP
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field
7–10 years of experience in procurement systems, analytics, or supply chain in a global organization
Good understanding of procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Strong knowledge of SAP (MM, PP, FI/CO) and basic understanding of SAP data
Experience with Power BI, including building dashboards and data models
Advanced skills in Excel and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, and Teams
Experience with eProcurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua) is an advantage
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Willingness to support European business hours when required
