Role Summary

As a Procure-to-Pay Master Data Specialist III, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management, governance, and quality assurance of master data, primarily focused on vendor records supporting the Request-to-Pay process. You will help ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting procurement, invoice processing, and payment activities across the organization.

About the Team

You will be part of the COO Finance โ€“ Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Master Data Management team. The team plays a critical role in maintaining trusted data, supporting governance requirements, enabling operational excellence, and driving process standardization across global stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage vendor master data including creation, updates, maintenance, and deactivation activities.
  • Validate supplier information and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain master data within ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
  • Monitor and process requests through workflow management tools while ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Perform quality reviews and validation of purchase requisitions before entering approval workflows.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Business Units, and vendors to resolve data-related inquiries and issues.
  • Generate and analyze P2P reports to identify trends, process improvements, and control gaps.
  • Support governance initiatives, audit readiness activities, migration projects, and process standardization efforts.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in Master Data Management, Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data validation capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in shared services or global operations environments.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, and control frameworks.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, ARIS, or similar workflow tools.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, migration, or standardization initiatives.
