Product Analyst
We're reimagining enterprise Identity and Access Management from the ground up. Founded by serial entrepreneurs Shai Morag and Tal Marom and backed by a $60M seed round from Greylock, Accel, and CRV, we're building the next generation of identity security. Identity is the gateway to everything- who's let in, who's kept out, and it's now the number one attack vector in the enterprise. The tools built to govern it were designed for a slower world of human users and static environments. That world is gone. Identities are exploding across human, machine, and AI agents faster than legacy systems can track, and security teams are left patching together five disconnected tools that still can't answer "who has access to what, right now." We think the answer isn't another point solution- it's a new foundation. Oak is the AI-native Identity Operating System: an AI connector framework that reaches any application, a live identity graph built from raw evidence, and a team of AI agents that governs the full lifecycle of every identity in one platform. We're building Oak's AI-native core from day one-engineered for what enterprise identity is becoming, not patched onto what it used to be. And we're just getting started.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to own Product Ops at Oak.
You will be the connective tissue between what our platform does and how customers actually use it, standing up analytics instrumentation, in app guidance, and knowledge base content that turns raw usage data into a clearer product.
You will build and run the feedback loops that keep our roadmap grounded in real customer behavior, not assumptions.
This role sits close to the product team and reports into Product, working across every surface of the platform, from the identity graph to AI agent governance.
What you will do
Own Product Ops end to end: analytics instrumentation, in app guidance, knowledge base content, and customer feedback loops
Stand up and run product analytics tools across the platform, from initial rollout to ongoing optimization
Design our event taxonomy and tracking plan from scratch, then work with engineering on implementation and the underlying data layer
Join product usage data with CRM data to bring ARR and renewal context into every analysis
Define and maintain metrics as a single source of truth across Product, CS, and GTM
Run the core rituals that keep the team aligned, including adoption review and feedback triage
Turn usage data and customer feedback into concrete, prioritized roadmap input
Track and report on feature adoption rate across the platform
Monitor in app guide completion and engagement, iterating on content to improve outcomes
Process incoming feedback volume and drive closed loop response with customers and the product team
Maintain and improve the knowledge base to raise self serve resolution rate
What you will bring
2 to 4 years of experience in product analytics, product ops, or product marketing
Hands on experience with Pendo, Amplitude, or a comparable product analytics tool
Experience designing event taxonomies and tracking plans, and partnering with engineering on data implementation
AI fluency, including using LLMs for synthesis, knowledge base drafting, and query writing
Strong writing skills for knowledge base articles and in app content
Comfortable pulling and interpreting usage data independently
Sharp instinct for translating data and feedback into clear, actionable recommendations
Excellent cross functional communication skills
Nice to have
Experience in identity, security, or another technical B2B SaaS domain
Experience building or scaling a Product Ops function from the ground up
