Product Analyst

The Product Analyst will support Banc of California’s Digital Banking and Product function with a primary focus on product research, market trends, product performance, new product development, and product strategy. This role will work closely with the Head of Digital Banking & Product, Product Managers, and cross-functional partners to help evaluate, develop, enhance, and manage banking products that support the bank’s growth, client experience, and transformation priorities. This is a role designed for someone who is highly curious, analytical, organized, and eager to gain broad exposure to product management within a financial institution.
