The Production Planning Analyst works on the holistic development and implementation of a supply chain that will produce sustained on time delivery performance, targeted customer lead time breakthroughs and optimized financial results. The Production Planner will ensure the Sales and Operations Planning processes efficiently achieve customer service levels.
General Responsibilities
• Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation
• Analyze and prepare documents needed for production
• Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization
• Maintains the production schedule and other reports as required
• Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation
• Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory
• Coordinates with production supervisors and purchasing, communicates with customer service to meet customer needs
• Monitors process capacity and output
• Set finished good inventory goals, review new inventory requirements, and ensure compliance to existing inventory models
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning within a manufacturing environment, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or a related analytical role.
- Experience working with supply chain and planning systems, including ERP platforms; Oracle experience is considered an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment, and collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams
Gross Annual Salary Range:
16,770.00 EUR - 23,059.30 EUR
The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
