You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business, engineering teams, and data scientists to define, develop, and execute a comprehensive data product roadmap. We like to promote from within: Here’s your chance. </li> </ul> Who’s who in the tech space: This position reports to the Product Lead: Group Data <h3>Key Responsibilities </h3> Data Strategy & Roadmap Development  <ul> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define a holistic strategy for leveraging data to achieve business objectives. </li> <li>Identify opportunities for impactful data solutions and prioritise projects for inclusion in the product roadmap. </li> <li>Balance long-term product vision with short-term wins to deliver value incrementally. </li> </ul> Stakeholder Collaboration & Advocacy  <ul> <li>Act as an evangelist for data within the business, helping stakeholders understand its capabilities and potential value. </li> <li>Assist stakeholders in defining and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for data initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. </li> </ul> Product Development & Delivery  <ul> <li>Work closely with engineering teams to prioritise, plan, and execute the development of data products and capabilities. </li> <li>Inform build vs. buy decisions on technical solutions, balancing cost, speed to market, and strategic fit. </li> <li>Manage the data product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, incorporating feedback and evolving requirements. </li> </ul> Governance & Metrics  <ul> <li>Advocate for data governance, quality, and compliance standards within the organisation. </li> <li>Define and analyse metrics to measure the success of data products and initiatives. </li> </ul> Problem-Solving & Execution  <ul> <li>Proactively explore problem spaces and opportunities to support the product vision and roadmap. </li> <li>Collaborate with engineering teams to reduce uncertainty and set actionable deliverables. </li> </ul>   <h3>Attributes required:</h3> <ul> <li>Solutions-oriented with a high-energy, can-do attitude. </li> <li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, using data to inform decisions. </li> <li>Passion for solving ambiguous, complex problems and delivering innovative, high-quality solutions. </li> <li>Ability to identify areas for improvement in current processes and drive change effectively. </li> </ul>   <h3>Requirements</h3> Education & Experience  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience. </li> <li>3 years proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally within an e-commerce or data-centric organisation. </li> </ul> Skills & Competencies  <ul> <li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures and build consensus. </li> <li>Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working with technical teams. </li> <li>Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. </li> <li>Ability to make informed decisions quickly, balancing business needs with technical feasibility. </li> <li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. </li> <li>High accountability for meeting deadlines and delivering results. </li> </ul> Preferred Experience  <ul> <li>Proven track record in delivering data products and subsequent iterations at scale. </li> <li>Proficiency with agile methods and tools to support project management in a timeline-sensitive environment. </li> </ul>   Let’s talk about life @ Mr D  <ul> <li>The power is in your hands: We offer a market-related Total Remuneration Package that allows flexibility according to your needs.
