About the Role

Qnity is seeking a detail-oriented Chemical Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support regulatory and product compliance activities at our Liberec site. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support compliance with EU and Czech chemical regulations (REACH, CLP, SCIP, PPWR, microplastics).
  • Maintain chemical inventories, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and hazard communication records.
  • Review raw materials, products, and suppliers for regulatory compliance.
  • Support regulatory reporting, notifications, and customer compliance requests.
  • Partner with EHS, Procurement, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage compliance data in SAP, regulatory databases, and Excel.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impacts.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (preferred) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Toxicology, Materials Science, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, chemical management, product stewardship, environmental compliance, or similar areas.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluent English and Czech language skills.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of REACH, CLP, SCIP, PPWR, SDS, and chemical classification requirements.
  • Experience with SAP, regulatory databases, and chemical inventory systems.
  • Internship or experience in chemical, manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or industrial sectors.
