<p><strong>Coho Consulting Group</strong> is seeking a <strong>Program Analyst</strong> to provide program management and contract administration support for Government Information Technology programs at Hurlburt, FL<strong>.</strong> The Program Analyst will assist with monitoring contractual performance, tracking program requirements, preparing reports, and supporting the successful execution of Government initiatives while ensuring compliance with established contractual requirements.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support planning, analysis, and monitoring of Government contracts.</li>
<li>Track contractual requirements, milestones, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Assist with program performance reporting and documentation.</li>
<li>Prepare analytical reports supporting Government decision-making.</li>
<li>Monitor contractor performance and compliance.</li>
<li>Coordinate program documentation and administrative activities.</li>
<li>Assist with quality assurance and performance measurement initiatives.</li>
<li>Support development of program assessments and initiative documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain project records and reporting tools.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Government personnel and contractor teams.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement.</li>
<li>Support successful execution of program objectives.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Security Clearance</strong>
<ul>
<li>Active Top-Secret Clearance required</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Education and Certification:</strong>
<ul>
<li>No degree required</li>
<li>Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government contracts</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li>
<li>Experience developing executive reports and performance metrics</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li>
</ul>
