Who You Are: <ul> <li>A highly organized professional with 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, governance reporting, or PMO functions (minimum 3+ years in a large enterprise environment).</li> <li>Skilled in Excel — Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), and data modeling.</li> <li>Proficient in Power BI — connecting datasets, designing dashboards, and building DAX measures for financial KPIs.</li> <li>Experienced in PowerPoint — creating executive-level visuals that communicate complex data with clarity and impact.</li> <li>Comfortable collaborating in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint — managing documents, meetings, and stakeholder communications globally.</li> <li>Experienced with Microsoft Copilot (M365) — using AI to summarize data, automate reporting, and enhance productivity.</li> <li>Strong in project and deliverable management — able to plan, track, and follow through on executive meetings and reporting cycles.</li> <li>A confident communicator who can present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and precision.</li> <li>A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and values quality, accountability, and data accuracy.</li> </ul> It Would Be Awesome If You Had: <ul> <li>Experience supporting financial governance programs or executive reporting functions at a global financial institution.</li> <li>Familiarity with Power Automate, Planner, or Loop to streamline reporting and follow-up workflows.</li> <li>A background in organizational strategy, financial tracking, or data-driven decision support.</li> <li>Experience improving meeting effectiveness through structured agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up discipline.</li> </ul> What You Will Do: <ul> <li>Build and automate financial dashboards and governance reports in Excel and Power BI.</li> <li>Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with data-driven insights and clear decision points.</li> <li>Use Copilot to summarize data, create visuals, and generate structured meeting summaries.</li> <li>Coordinate executive governance meetings — scheduling, agendas, data validation, pre-reads, and post-meeting follow-ups.</li> <li>Maintain data integrity, version control, and governance tracking across multiple programs and regions.</li> <li>Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and PMO teams to align reporting structures and enhance visibility.</li> <li>Continuously refine reporting processes for efficiency, clarity, and automation.</li> </ul> Who we are:  <ul> <li>Fivesky is a fast-growing, global technology solution provider.
