In this role, you'll own end-to-end operations across vendor coordination, data quality, and annotation workflows — working cross-functionally with research and engineering teams to ensure we have the high-quality training data needed to advance the frontier of general-purpose robotics.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Drive end-to-end program management for egocentric/UMI/teleops data collection and annotation workflows</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional execution across operations, 3rd part vendors, tooling, vendors, and annotation teams</li> <li>Set up scalable operational processes, metrics, and execution frameworks in fast-paced startup environments</li> <li>Own timelines, quality, throughput, metrices and operational problem-solving across multiple programs</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>2–3 years of program management / operations experience in startups or high-growth environments</li> <li>Strong execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Background from top-tier engineering and MBA institutions in India</li> <li>High ownership mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity and scale complex operations</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Base Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>₹25</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>₹35 INR</span></div></div></div>
