JOB SUMMARY
Credit Control, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Programmer Analyst with strong analytical skills to be part of a growing team! This individual will assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions, contribute to troubleshooting and bug fixes, and will support the ongoing improvement of internal applications. Candidates should have good communication skills and have the ability to understand complex data structures and data exchange.
Essential Functions
• Communicate interface solutions and issues to key stakeholders, including management, IT teams, end users, and customer support teams.
• Maintain and enhance the performance and integrity of all new and existing interface and report applications.
• Perform scheduled file processing and communicate status to appropriate internal and external contacts.
• Handle reporting and import/export requests in a timely manner.
• Develop, test, and maintain software programs.
• Follow established coding standards and development practices

Experience Required
• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or a related field OR
Completion of recognized programming certificate program with relevant hands-on experience
• Demonstrated experience in data interface/exchange implementation.
• Experience creating Crystal Reports using complex data structures.
Excellent data interface experience, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and a scripting language.
