Overview

Planned Systems International (PSI) is an Enterprise IT services company who focuses on designing, building, securing, and operating cutting-edge software solutions that drive mission success and operational excellence for Federal Government organizations. We are currently seeking a Project Analyst to assist our team in fulfilling our customer’s needs. This is an amazing opportunity to directly support global AFSOC Enhanced Mission Integration (AEMI) program.

This role serves as the central hub for overseeing and optimizing several high-visibility operational IT programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) program, the Mission Systems Support Center (MSSC) 24/7 Help Desk, and a dedicated team of Mission Planning Systems Engineers.

 

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

  • Bridge the gap between technical execution and program management, ensuring that mission-critical communications and flight operations systems remain fully supported, compliant, and operational around the clock.  
  • Develop comprehensive program status reports, quad charts, and performance metrics for PSI leadership and government stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate regular risk management assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential system degradations. 
  • Maintain open lines of communication across all managed departments to ensure cohesive support for end-users and uninterrupted operational capability.
  • Work with the team to ensure appropriate standards, procedures, and policies are identified, applied, and adhered to in the performance of work and development of test materials.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active T3 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored to both highly technical engineers and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment supporting 24/7 continuous operations.
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent operational experience).
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
