This position supports project teams as a crucial partner in areas of project budget maintenance, maintaining change management, milestone payments KPI’s, progress measurement and forecast analysis on a monthly reporting cadence. This position works with internal and external stakeholders within a highly matrix environment to provide analytical expertise to support project and portfolio management.</span></span></span></span></p>

Includes establishing and maintaining cost baselines, cash and accrual forecasting models, accrual vs. spend analysis, maintaining cost breakdown structures and ensuring alignment with EPC contractual requirements. </span></span></span></li>

Experience in reviewing EPC contractor costs including invoices, tax application/ tariffs, potential change notices (PCN’s) and change orders (CO’ s).</span></span></span></li>

Reports findings and provides comments to the project team. </span></span></span></span></li>
