Project Delivery Manager

<p>The Project Delivery Manager is responsible, both directly and indirectly, for the company’s day-to-day&nbsp;implementation of ongoing client projects and oversees client relationship and support post launch.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serves as the main point of contact between all internal value-add functions across departments</li> <li>Onboards low to medium complexity delivery projects</li> <li>Leads regular project discussions with client and study teams to review project plans, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to drive projects to completion</li> <li>Collaborates with lead and manager to determine success strategies for onboarding and supporting studies</li> <li>Demonstrates a general understanding of Suvoda products</li> <li>Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li> <li>Proactively identifies client needs and develop, articulate, and drive towards appropriate solutions</li> <li>Demonstrates flawless execution of best practices during and post implementation</li> <li>Fosters client relationships post launch of new client projects</li> <li>Ensures study documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately</li> <li>Effectively applies Suvoda's best practices and deliver according to internal and external success criteria</li> <li>Possess the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct pre and postproduction issues.</li> <li>Participates in the development of new features and functionality that may be requested by clients</li> <li>Coordinates internal and external/vendor resources</li> <li>Provides recurring project status reporting and ensure proper escalation</li> <li>Performs other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate</li> <li>Travels for client meetings and trainings as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred</li> <li>Relevant project management experience and/or training</li> <li>Project management experience and strong organizational and time management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment</li> <li>Demonstrated analytical, creative problem solving and communication skills</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with a Project Management Information System (PMIS)</li> </ul> <p>#LI-AC1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>We are aware that an individual(s) are fraudulently representing themselves as Suvoda recruiters and/or hiring managers.
