Here, every solution you create has a direct impact on the revolution of digital payments, making our work truly <strong>Out Of The Ordinary</strong>.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p data-start="90" data-end="351">As a <strong data-start="95" data-end="121">Senior Project Analyst</strong>, your mission will be to manage the project portfolio, ensure the successful execution of projects aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, and promote governance, standardization, and continuous process improvement.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>What your day-to-day will look like</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-section-id="15l6i2j" data-start="430" data-end="518">Managing the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals;</li> <li data-section-id="rr7pea" data-start="519" data-end="646">Planning, monitoring, and controlling projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards;</li> <li data-section-id="9ux0tm" data-start="647" data-end="770">Coordinating the activities of cross-functional project teams while fostering effective communication among stakeholders;</li> <li data-section-id="rr40qh" data-start="771" data-end="881">Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper prioritization and efficient resource allocation;</li> <li data-section-id="113aex2" data-start="882" data-end="989">Performing project risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and impacts;</li> <li data-section-id="zpgd7m" data-start="990" data-end="1103">Ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and industry best practices (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.);</li> <li data-section-id="lc9cxj" data-start="1104" data-end="1209">Preparing and presenting executive reports on the status of the project portfolio to senior leadership;</li> <li data-section-id="659pps" data-start="1210" data-end="1302">Delivering project status updates during management meetings with clarity and objectivity;</li> <li data-section-id="xdsoxh" data-start="1303" data-end="1428">Supporting project governance by driving continuous process improvement and standardizing project management methodologies;</li> <li data-section-id="52c3ub" data-start="1429" data-end="1519">Partnering with Business and IT teams to ensure projects deliver maximum business value.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>What you need to shine in this role</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-section-id="1uyha8e" data-start="1543" data-end="1647">It is desirable to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;</li> <li data-section-id="1w7mjlk" data-start="1648" data-end="1712">Proven experience in project and project portfolio management;</li> <li data-section-id="wju7ot" data-start="1713" data-end="1798">Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.);</li> <li data-section-id="740nwl" data-start="1799" data-end="1850">Experience with project and portfolio governance;</li> <li data-section-id="t2ih7w" data-start="1851" data-end="1947">Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Monday, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar;</li> <li data-section-id="1uvow7n" data-start="1948" data-end="2005">Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills;</li> <li data-section-id="1bjl22j" data-start="2006" data-end="2104">Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders;</li> <li data-section-id="8y5ir" data-start="2105" data-end="2136">Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Bonus points if you have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience with Monday.com is a plus.</li> <li> <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Strong analytical mindset, strategic vision, and are looking to work in a dynamic environment,</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>EBANX offers:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Performance Bonus: </strong>Annual bonus program based on company results.</li> <li><strong>Meal Allowance: </strong>Monthly allowance to support your meals.</li> <li><strong>EBANX Education:</strong> Financial assistance for undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs to support your professional growth.</li> <li><strong>EBANX Skills:</strong> Dedicated budget for courses, certifications, and workshops to encourage continuous learning.</li> <li><strong>Language Classes:</strong> Language classes to support your personal and professional development.</li> <li><strong>Health &amp;
