The Project Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the project management delivery function by maintaining resource planning integrity, enabling accurate forecasting, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. This role will contribute to operational efficiency, workforce planning, and project delivery performance through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with crossâfunctional teams.
As a Project Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and controlling the Project Management Headcount Tracker.
- Supporting input to the Strategic and Operations Planning Process (S&OP).
- Assisting in the generation and maintenance of Project Management estimates.
- Supporting Project Performance (KPI) Reports outside Resource Management to ensure overall data integrity.
- Producing resource demand forecasts and capacity models for shortâ, mediumâ, and longâterm business planning.
- Analyzing resource utilization trends and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and delivery performance.
- Maintaining resource planning data integrity across project management and enterprise planning tools.
- Tracking actions from Project governance reviews to assist with closure and reporting.
- Identifying resourceârelated risks and constraints and supporting mitigation planning.
- Collaborating with Functional Leaders and Finance teams to align resource plans with budgets and schedules.
- Conducting scenario planning and whatâif analysis to assess impacts of changing priorities, schedules, or headcount levels.
- Ensuring compliance with resource planning governance, reporting standards, and business procedures.
- Assisting with other business requests as required.

- Have experience in project resource planning, workforce forecasting, and capacity modeling.
- Be skilled in data analysis, reporting, and scenario planning to support project delivery.
- Demonstrate knowledge of project management processes, governance, and KPI reporting.
- Have experience collaborating with crossâfunctional teams including Finance, Operations, and Project Management.
- Be detailâoriented with strong analytical and problemâsolving skills.
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
