Property Tax Analyst

The Property Tax Analyst will bridge the gap as a dedicated tax resource for internal identification, preparation, and administration of real and personal property tax appeals. This position will be responsible for analyzing market data, conducting appraisals using cost/income/sales approaches, and file appeals to reduce property tax liabilities, and work with tax authorities to ensure equitable assessments.
