About This Role: As a Purchasing Analyst within the Global Purchase to Pay organization, you will support business stakeholders with activities across the request-to-purchase-order process. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contract workflows, and invoice reconciliation. You will coordinate contract processes and provide guidance to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal policies. You will also play a vital role in operational issue resolution, reporting, and process improvements. By managing purchase-to-pay activities, you contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's procurement operations. Your efforts will help maintain robust internal controls and support audit requests, making you a key player in the organization's success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contract workflow requests, and invoice reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate contract creation and renewal workflows in partnership with business stakeholders and Legal, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders and colleagues on contract request and renewal processes.
  • Ensure correct initiation of contract requests and timely upload of agreements to the Contract Lifecycle Management system.
  • Submit purchase requisitions in the ERP system, aligning with contract payment terms and schedules.
  • Maintain complete vendor, transactional, and process documentation to support audit and internal-control requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, stakeholders, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
  • Support the Purchase to Pay leadership team with process documentation, reporting, stakeholder communications, and training activities.
  • Engage in ad hoc projects and continuous-improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Establish effective working relationships with Legal, Finance, stakeholders, suppliers, and Global Business Services teams.
  • Provide first-line support for operational issues and escalate complex matters appropriately.

Required Skills:

  • Experience using ERP systems, such as Oracle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting purchasing, purchase order management, accounts payable, supplier interactions, or contract workflows.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using Coupa.
  • Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management systems.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Experience with analytics tools, such as Tableau or similar tools.

The base compensation range for this role is: zł93,000.00-zł124,500.00
