Your New Role…
The Purchasing Analyst supports procurement operations by managing purchasing activities in SAP SRM, ensuring accuracy and compliance of purchasing requests, and providing daily support to business stakeholders.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Review and verify Shopping Carts created by business users in SAP SRM
  • Create and maintain Purchase Orders and apply required changes to existing POs
  • Ensure purchasing requests comply with company policies and procurement guidelines
  • Support business users with procurement-related questions and issue resolution
  • Provide guidance and training to business stakeholders on purchasing processes and SAP SRM usage
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to resolve operational issues
  • Monitor and follow up on pending requests to ensure timely processing
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data quality within procurement systems


Skills & Qualifications...

  • Experience working with SAP SRM or other procurement systems
  • Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • English proficiency required

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
