This highly motivated, data-driven individual will be responsible for supporting the purchasing department in coordinating and managing the procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient order management, accurate data entry, and timely resolution of issues. This role is based in Somerville, MA.  This position will be fully onsite for the first 90 days. After 90 days, the position will follow a hybrid schedule approved by the manager and Human Resources.  Responsibilities:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Develop and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Assist with spend-analysis, supplier analysis, market research, and sourcing related-projects.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Support Power BI reporting and ongoing enhancement of procurement dashboards and KPIs.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Collect, analyze, and interpret data and translate findings into clear business recommendations.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Ensure accuracy and consistency of procurement data, reporting, and dashboards.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Support Oracle Fusion procurement activities and assist with system-related requests, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Partner with team members on process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Support ad hoc procurement projects and business analysis as needed.</li> </ul> Basic Requirements:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Advanced Microsoft Excel skills</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Experience with Power Query and DAX in PowerBI.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Ability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of assignments.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must have a reliable form of transportation </li> </ul> Preferred Requirements:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Experience with Oracle Fusion (Procurement module, reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Published, and data modeling).</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Exposure to procure-to-pay processes, purchasing orders, supplier onboarding, or procurement operations.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Familiarity with Procurement KPIs, spend analytics, supplier performance, or cost-savings reporting.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Experience with advanced SQL, including CTEs and window functions.</li> </ul> #LI-Hybrid   #LI-CD1  Besides Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, we contribute to a 401k, offer a generous tuition reimbursement program, TONS of safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications, Mentorship & Career Succession Planning, Relocation Opportunities, Auto/Home insurance discounts, pet assistance discount plans, discounted movie passes & more!    To learn more about our business, culture, and the exciting work that we are doing in the industry, find us on <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/triumvirate-environmental/posts/?feedView=all">LinkedIn, </a>Instagram (@triumvirateenvironmental), or our <a href="https://www.triumvirate.com/">website</a>!   Triumvirate Environmental is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
