QA Analyst

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Under the direction of the Manager, IS Compliance, the QA Analyst position evaluates business and compliance risks related to computer programs, subsystems, software development, application upgrades, and systems modifications. Develops technical documentation to describe business functional requirements, hazards, and validation test plan. Acts as a liaison between users and software engineers and participates in iterative development, providing quality assurance oversight. Performs structural and functional testing of new/revised applications. Leads implementation of internal or external projects, as assigned with management oversight. Follows quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and internal guides to ensure compliance.

Regular full-time attendance is required during office hours. In addition to regularly scheduled hours, the incumbent is subject to working extra-time, weekends, holidays, late evenings, and early in the day.
