QA Analyst- Inspection POD

<h4><strong>Position Summary:</strong></h4><p>We are seeking a skilled QA Functional Engineer to support a product delivery POD. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in functional testing, both manual and automated, with a focus on quality assurance best practices across mobile and web platforms.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Lead and support QA efforts within the team and offshore group.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases/scripts, and test reports.</p></li><li><p>Execute manual and automated tests; log, track, and close defects.</p></li><li><p>Perform exploratory and regression testing.</p></li><li><p>Validate UI and UX responsiveness across multiple devices and screen sizes (iOS and Android).</p></li><li><p>Conduct visual regression testing and perform testing on emulators, simulators, and real devices.</p></li><li><p>Manage test data effectively to support quality test cycles.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with developers, product owners, and testers in an Agile team environment.</p></li><li><p>Support Test Automation Engineer in continuous test automation efforts.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to QA process improvements and chapter-wide innovation initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Ensure testing aligns with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bitbucket or Azure DevOps.</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Required Experience &amp; Technical Skills:</strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong>5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>test automation for mobile applications</strong> using <strong>Selenium (Java), Maven, Appium</strong></p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience in <strong>API testing and database validation</strong></p></li><li><p>Familiarity with tools: <strong>qTest, JIRA, Confluence, Kafka</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience in <strong>Microsoft Azure</strong> cloud environment</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of <strong>Agile methodology</strong> and QA best practices</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>CI/CD tools</strong> (Bitbucket, Azure DevOps preferred)</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, and defect lifecycle</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Key Attributes &amp; Soft Skills:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Strong communication skills (written and verbal)</p></li><li><p>Highly analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities</p></li><li><p>Proactive self-learner with a collaborative mindset</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams</p></li><li><p>Experience working with onshore/offshore teams</p></li><li><p>Ability to challenge requirements and contribute to technical discussions</p></li></ul>
