Additionally, colleagues can contribute directly to a TFSA<br>Flexibility in How We Work<br>•    Competitive annual vacation time off and additional time off during our holiday closure <br>Growth and recognition<br>•    A comprehensive colleague recognition program and bonus program<br>•    Training and support for professional development and professional membership dues </p> <p>We encourage you to learn more about Babcock Canada by exploring our website: babcockcanada.com.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Description</b></H2> </div><div><p>In this role, you will: <br>•    Manage activities relating to the – Quality Assurance Program.<br>•    Monitor Babcock minimum standards for conformance.<br>•    Report findings of non-conformance made under the Quality Assurance Program to the QA Manager and keep a record of those findings and any corrective actions taken as a result of those findings.<br>•    Distribute, through the QA Manager, findings of non-conformance made under the Quality Assurance Program to the appropriate manager for corrective action.<br>•    Monitor the corrective action plans and follow-up actions for findings of non-conformance made under the Quality Assurance Program, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and are effective.<br>•    Monitor all technical and regulatory data, including company procedures, processes, forms, and other documents and the MPM, ensuring they remain current and effective.<br>•    Ensure maintenance records, service difficulty reports and internal audit reports are completed and processed in accordance with the MPM.<br>•    Monitor the company training program ensuring all aspects remain current and effective.<br>•    Monitor personnel training records, ensuring they remain current.<br>•    Monitor Certificating Authority and the records of those authorizations in accordance with the MPM.<br>•    Monitor, for compliance with the MPM and regulatory requirements, all activities carried out by the company.<br>•    Work in Co-operation with operational and maintenance managers to monitor and assess concerns raised under the Quality Assurance program regarding their effect on the company.<br>•    Travel throughout Canada as required to ensure the Quality Program is maintained.<br>•    Provide training as required.<br>•    Undertake other duties as assigned</p> <p> </p> <p>The ideal candidate brings: </p> <p>•    4-6 years of previous auditor experience in an Approved Maintenance Organization or equivalent.<br>•    Superior verbal and written communication skills, including writing formal reports, and making presentations.<br>•    Airport Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) or meets eligibility to attain. <br>•    Prior training or certification as an auditor.<br>•    Demonstrated experience working on CAMP, Winair or other similar maintenance programs.<br>•    Good organizational skills.<br>•    Proficiency in English, written and spoken.<br>•    The physical ability to sit or crouch for extended periods.<br>•    The physical ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.<br>•    The ability and willingness to undertake shift work.<br>•    Ability to work in Canada and/or have or can obtain a Canadian passport.<br>•    A valid driver’s license.<br>•    Requirements of CAR 573.03(1)(c) and CAR 573.03(6) would be an asset.<br>•    A valid Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license would be an asset.<br>•    Eligible for ITAR and Controlled goods clearance.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b></b></H2> </div><div><p>Babcock is committed to promoting a workforce without boundaries.
