Quality Analyst

The resource will be responsible for daily transaction and call monitoring, providing feedback and coaching, generating daily reports, and meeting monthly production targets for quality and operations. They will conduct root cause analysis, calibration, and participate in team huddles. Key skills required include critical thinking, good communication skills, logical reasoning, numerical ability, domain knowledge, the ability to coach and give feedback, people skills, being proactive, and out-of-the-box thinking. Higher Education Diploma with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
