Quality Assurance Analyst (Temporay up to 90 days)

Responsible for handling a variety of operational functions such as reviewing audit reports and participating in special projects. Responsible for reviewing and completing various operational and core system changes related to depository products, interest rate changes, fees waivers and charges to ensure the quality and client experience is kept at a high level. Performs client data integrity maintenance, verifying that client data is within the Banks specifications. Helps to ensure internal controls, policies, and mechanisms comply with standard industry practices, regulatory guidelines, and senior management’s recommendations and/or directions.
