The R2P Senior Analyst acts as a senior process owner and subject matter expert within the team. This role provides operational guidance, ensures process compliance, supports escalations, and helps maintain service quality across purchase order, invoice, supplier setup, and reporting activities. The R2P Senior Analyst is expected to work with a higher level of autonomy, critical thinking, and ownership, serving as the first point of escalation for junior analysts and supporting the coordinator in driving process discipline, KPI performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Responsabilities: Act as Subject Matter Expert for Requisition to Pay processes, including POs, invoices, supplier setup, documentation validation, and process compliance. Serve as first point of escalation, providing guidance and support on complex cases. Review and validate process execution to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal guidelines. Support the audit process by identifying errors, root causes, and opportunities to improve First Time Right performance. Monitor key operational KPIs, including SLA adherence, GR on time, 3-way match, first response time, and process aging. Provide training and coaching to junior analysts to strengthen process knowledge and execution. Support workload distribution, backup coverage, and team stabilization when needed. Identify recurring issues, propose process improvements, and support automation or reporting initiatives. Prepare and update reports, dashboards, and process trackers as required. Partner with cross-functional teams such as AP, Procurement, Supplier Maintenance, Tax, IT, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and unblock pending activities. Ensure timely follow-up on escalations, pending invoices, PO issues, supplier requests, and documentation gaps. Support the Coordinator with process governance, stakeholder updates, performance reviews, and team development initiatives. Qualifications Qualifications: Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of procurement, purchase order, invoice, supplier setup, and payment processes. Experience using tools such as SAP, myBUY (Ariba), VIM, Smartsheet, Power BI, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across different levels. Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and manage escalations. High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership. Ability to guide, train, and support junior team members. Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process efficiencies.
