The Downstream Reporting & Analysis Organization is a team of >1,000 colleagues providing accurate, timely and insightful analysis to deliver more and cleaner energy solutions.
Within this organization, we are a cluster of teams responsible for East region end to end Group reporting and Statutory financial reporting activities.
The role of R&A FAC Analyst will be primarily responsible for smooth delivery of local and group reporting, fixed asset, cash management activities & responsibilities in an accurate timely and efficient manner.
What you’ll be doing
Deliver high-quality financial accounting, reporting, and cash management activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Drive financial close and reporting excellence, supporting Group, management, and statutory reporting requirements across entities within scope.
Partner with stakeholders to provide insightful financial analysis, enhance decision-making, and address complex accounting and reporting matters according to GFRM / IFRS
Strengthen governance and control frameworks through effective balance sheet stewardship, risk management, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
Support audit and regulatory engagements, ensuring robust support for statutory, internal control, and assurance reviews.
Champion operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to enhance service delivery, capability building, and overall business impact.
What you bring
Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Qualifications
Minimum 3 to 4 years related working experience.
Ability to read, write and speak in Mandarin language
Working knowledge & experience in SAP is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Sound process understanding in one or more of the following processes: AR/AP, GL, FA, CM.
Broad knowledge of financial accounting requirements (Proficiency in financial accounting practices and IFRS standards).
Professional skepticism, good analytical skills, meticulous and able to work independently & prioritize well. Strong stakeholder management skills.
Results oriented, fast paced, resourceful and proactive.
Resilient and able to deliver under pressure and work in process heavily loaded towards deadline.
