Job Description:
Blackstone is seeking an experienced professional for a multi-faceted role to help contribute to the team leading shareholder relations for Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (“BREIT”). This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping how the world’s largest non-traded REIT communicates with its investors. The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of investment strategy, marketing, fundraising, and translating complex real estate themes into compelling narratives that drive capital formation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing marketing materials and investor communications, partnering with business leaders and teams across Blackstone Real Estate to create and maintain presentation materials, investor reporting, and other communications (e.g., webinars, video content, investor memoranda)
- Developing polished, executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint, including slide decks, charts, and visual storytelling materials for internal leadership and external investors
- Supporting the fundraising team and senior leadership, including production of talking points, ad hoc presentations, and strategic projects
- Interfacing directly with senior leadership, gaining exposure to Blackstone’s broader real estate platform
- Partner ng with investment professionals to translate transactional activity into portfolio-level narratives
- Identifying emerging trends impacting BREIT and broader real estate strategies, including housing shortages, capital markets dislocations, migration patterns, supply/demand imbalances, and policy implications
- Working with the research team to compile and refine investment themes, sector theses, and long-term positioning statements
- Synthesizing complex information into clear, compelling points of view tailored to institutional and retail audiences
- Developing product knowledge, building deep fluency in BREIT’s portfolio, performance drivers, and competitive positioning to serve as a strong resource for the team
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in shareholder relations, investor relations, marketing, research, asset management, or real estate private equity
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience building visually compelling, publication-quality presentations from scratch
- Exceptional writing skills, with experience producing clear, concise, data-driven content
- Experience connecting top-down macro trends with bottom-up real estate fundamentals
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility, highly analytical environment
- Strong collaboration skills, with the experience working cross-functionally across investment, research, and investor relations teams
- Familiarity with commercial real estate metrics, terminology, and market dynamics preferred

Expected annual base salary range:
$100,000 - $130,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
