CH Regional FP&A Manager

What you will do

The FP&A team in Prague has an opening for an experienced finance professional supporting the Regional FP&A team for the Commercial EMEA Business.  This role will have responsibility for driving finance standardisation within Commercial teams and developing deeper predictive analytics for the finance function in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

Process responsibilities:

  • Consolidation of EMEA Free Cashflow results for quarter closes / forecast cycles.
  • Ownership of analytics related to Accounts Payable, Other Assets & Other Liabilities to support financial decision making.
  • E2E ownership of BME planning & analytics within the region.
  • Co-ordination of the Balance Sheet planning cycle for total EMEA
  • Full FP&A responsibility of the P&L & BS for the ELC (Swiss Principle) & Zug distributor model
  • Transition of NPI reporting to the R&A hub
  • Support the Regional Senior Manager by providing financial analytics/ insights to enable delivery of financial plans and forecasts.
  • Management of an intern / student placement, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks and long-term development.
  • Support all Ad hoc reporting requests from multiple stakeholders.

Ad Hoc:

  • Collaborate with the multiple business partners and stakeholders by providing financial analytics/ insights to enable delivery of financial plans and forecasts.
  • Work on standardisation of processes and data integrity
  • Ad-hoc / continuous improvement projects, especially related to FCF planning / analytics

Scope of Role:

  • This role is a key member of the FP&A team, so applicants must be collaborative in style with an agile approach, open to change and always seeking to improve the way things are achieved, employing and driving the team to employ a forward-thinking analytical mindset.

Job Requirements

Languages:

  • English essential

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior FP&A experience preferred with strong financial acumen
  • Experience of working in a commercial organisation with matrix business relationships
  • Proven track record of high performance and driving process improvements across a complex business environment
  • Prior working knowledge of Excel, OneStream, SAP BW preferred.
