Job Description

Join our dedicated Medical and Rehab Team at Berkeley Vale Private Hospital. This full-time role is ideal for experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of each individual patient.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring excellent clinical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. You will also be a proactive, team-oriented individual.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years Rehabilitation experience in an acute setting
  • Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
  • Highly organised with a proven ability to manage emergency situations
  • Demonstrates strong adaptability in dynamic situations
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $37.75 - $53.02 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)

Additional Information

Berkeley Vale Private Hospital (BVPH) has 50 beds and provides services for rehabilitation, medical and mental health patients.

Support facilities include on-site hydrotherapy pool and a variety of allied health services. Ramsay Health Plus Berkeley Vale is a highly regarded practice of allied health professionals delivering physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and a range of other services.

Specialists in Rehabilitation Medicine direct rehabilitation services. Programs are provided for neurological, musculo-skeletal, orthopaedic, amputee and other disabling conditions. Some of these programs are designed for day patients.

Medical patients are referred by their local GP or other hospital facilities and cared for by a BVP VMO.
