</div><div><p>Bioanalytical Chemistry supports drug development through quantitative analysis of drugs in biological samples, developing and validating LC-MS/MS methods, delivering bioanalytical data, and ensuring GxP-compliant results for preclinical, PK/PD, safety, and clinical studies.</p>

<li>Perform and document bioanalytical procedures, materials, and results in compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Execute routine sample analysis and method validation studies independently using UPLC-MS/MS platforms.</li>
<li>Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment with minimal oversight.</li>
<li>Analyze data, prepare study documentation, and independently write study and non-study deviations.</li>
<li>Support laboratory operations through inventory management, solution preparation, labeling, and equipment maintenance.</li>
<li>Assist with laboratory investigations, assay troubleshooting, and quality observations.</li>
<li>Contribute to process improvement initiatives and apply critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with team members, project leads, and supervisors through clear communication.</li>
<li>Provide support for sample analysis and validation projects as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support laboratory and business objectives.</li>

<li>Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical laboratory environment.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.</li>
<li>Ability to learn and work within validated laboratory and data management systems.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and time constraints.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, or additional shifts as business needs require.</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining quality and compliance standards.</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the United States without a sponsor visa, now or in the future.</li>
