We work across the entire organization to make every experience five stars worthy.</p> <p>We're looking for a passionate and analytical Research Data Analyst to join our growing team. You'll bring rigor to everything you do, using data, statistics, and storytelling to turn complex research datasets into actionable improvements and strategic business opportunities.</p> <h4>What you'll do</h4> <p>Most of your work is project-based, partnering with large groups of stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Operations. A typical project takes you from gathering requirements and designing a methodology, through execution and analysis, to packaging and presenting results to partners.</p> <p>Alongside that, you'll help develop and optimize the systems and tools that keep our research workflows consistent and high-quality across all global projects.</p> <h2><strong>About you</strong></h2> <p><strong>Must have skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis</li> <li>A research background — in Marketing, Policy, or another relevant field</li> <li>Strong statistics foundations</li> <li>Ability to build and present arguments from data: visualization and storytelling for any audience</li> <li>A high level of rigor and a genuine commitment to getting better every time you do something</li> </ul> <p><strong>It would be nice if you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>SQL for data extraction</li> <li>Experience in primary data collection, preferably surveys (interviews are a plus too)</li> <li>Experience with text analysis</li> </ul> <h4>Your growth trajectory</h4> <p>In your first 3 months&nbsp;you'll work alongside our User Researchers collecting data with a range of primary methods, dig into large datasets to extract meaningful insights, and start packaging and sharing findings with colleagues and external partners. You'll also build your understanding of Fever's business context and develop your awareness of where solutions might lie.</p> <p>By month 6&nbsp;you'll be designing and optimising systems for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of research data.
