Your Mission

Your mission is to support the Director of Institutional Research with quantitative analysis and reporting.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute data collection strategies to capture institutional metrics
- Validate, clean and maintain university databases, and document any alterations
- Design, build, and deploy automated reporting tools to identify, flag, and resolve data inconsistencies and systemic reporting errors
- Draft and produce institutional assessment reports, including KPI dashboards and self-study data sets required for accreditation
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in fields of data science, statistics, social science, education or related field
- At least 2 years of experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- At least 2 years of experience working in higher education (non-student)
- At least 2 years of experience in qualitative/quantitative research and survey design
- Experience in at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, Python, Visual Basics)
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph REQUIRED

- Master's degree in data science, statistics, social science, education or related field
