Responsible Gambling Analyst
Role Overview
Analyse player behaviour, communicate with at-risk customers, provide responsible gambling advice, and ensure compliance with RG, AML, and Source of Funds regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and flag player activity for signs of gambling-related harm
Audit marketing materials and websites for RG compliance Built In
Handle sensitive outreach to at-risk customers
Develop training materials and support problem gambling outreach programmes Built In
Monitor transactions and player accounts for suspicious activity, escalating AML concerns in line with internal procedures
Conduct Source of Funds (SOF) and Source of Wealth (SOW) reviews, requesting and evaluating supporting documentation from customers
Assess SOF evidence (payslips, bank statements, business records) and make risk-based decisions on account continuation or restriction
Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk customers and document findings
Track and implement updates to AML and RG regulations, ensuring internal policies remain compliant
Requirements
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience handling sensitive customer interactions
Knowledge of responsible gambling practices and regulatory frameworks Familiarity with AML legislation and SOF/SOW review processes
Background in psychology, social work, legal and compliance, or online gaming preferred
